Manifeast Nutrition is a nutrition + wellness coaching business providing personalized, goal-oriented wellness plans, curating community-building workshops and events related to health and wellness. The mission is to guide others to a state of flourishing health and wellness of the mind and body through optimal nutrition. The blog is space for the exploration of plant-based recipes, healthy lifestyle topics, and tips for living a vibrant life. I help others to feed the life of their dreams.
My Food Philosophy:
While I personally eat a plant-based diet, I appreciate that each person has different needs and my Wellness Plans for each person reflect their individuality. My recommendations for each of my unique clients take into consideration their lifestyles and beliefs, while incorporating new foods and habits to lift each person to optimal health. I provide clients who do consume animal products with guidance on how to choose the highest quality and most sustainable options, and give them strategies and recipes to incorporate these into their routine. I strongly believe in the health and environmental benefits of choosing plant-based proteins and provide options for easily incorporating these healing foods. Each of us is different, no two are biologically identical, and thus we should not be eating identical diets or be on the same supplement regimes. What is true for everyone is that an abundance of real whole foods in their natural form is the way to wellness. With this in mind, I will help you make a plan that is true to YOU.
