I have to be honest with you, I have a love-hate relationship with New Year's Resolutions. The fact that we have to wait until a calendar tells us it is time to change doesn't sit well with me, since every second of every day is an opportunity to make a change in our lives. I’ve been there. Counting down the days of freedom until January 1st when it is time to clean up the mess we have made waiting for the right time to make a change.
